my king room was brand-new and a decent size. exceptional service, elegant atmosphere, and the stuff was attentive. the property's location was perfect, to all the restaurants. i was surprised at nearby ostaria al ponte, they had some goodies, drinks.

The venue is wonderful, clean and the location is marvellous short walk to the San Marco square, and close to San Marco. The staff are amazingly nice and incredibly kind and I truly enjoyed their attitude. The ambiance is elegant! Modest and spotless rooms with cute decoration are accompanied by friendly service.

The value for my money at Casa Sul Molo was excellent - the room was comfortable, well-equipped, and exceeded my expectations. The location was amazing, being a short walk away from both the Rialto bridge and San Marco Square. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

Spacious and beautifully furnished double room at Casa sul Molo, with a good-sized bathroom. The location between Piazza San Marco and Rialto is perfect, just a two-minute walk back to San Marco. The service is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast served in the room is a nice touch. I highly recommend a stay here for its value, location, and comfortable rooms.

Very well located. The room was nice and the bathroom too.
The hotel is in the 4th floor with no stairs, we didn´t see this online. The "front desk" is on the third floor and most of the time nobody is there. The night we stayed something happened in the kitchen and we had to go for breakfast to another hotel of the same owners, 6 blocks away,
